Terms of use and booking
What this website is for
This website presents Caravane Mustapha's tours in the desert of Zagora and M'Hamid El Ghizlane. You cannot pay or book directly on the website: everything is done on WhatsApp.
How booking works
- You message us on WhatsApp with your dates, the number of people and what you want to do.
- We send you in writing: the program, the date, the total price in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), what is included, how to pay and what happens if you cancel.
- The booking is confirmed when you say yes in writing to these conditions.
These written conditions on WhatsApp are the ones that apply to your tour.
Prices
Prices are not published on the website: they depend on the length, the number of people and the season. The price given on WhatsApp is a total price, with no hidden fees.
Program and safety
The program may change for your safety: sandstorm, strong heat, rain, closed track. If so, we offer you another option.
Before riding a camel, tell us if you are pregnant, have back pain or any other health problem. During the tour, follow the guide's instructions. Travel insurance is recommended.
Use of the website
You can read and share the pages of the website. You cannot copy the photos and texts for another website or an advert without our agreement.
Disagreement
If there is a problem, message us first: we always look for a friendly solution. If no agreement is found, Moroccan law applies and the competent Moroccan courts decide.
